36' Monaco Dynasty motorhome. I've only had an inspection done here so far. I found the people to be very friendly and accommodating. I'll be bringing it in again for suspension work and I'll leave another review then.

Great service , friendly , quick and efficient; they always seem to find a way to squeeze me me in which is always helpful. No one likes being down a truck.

Having a 15 year old Winnebago, I was nervous finding a new place to get a NYS inspection. From my initial friendly greeting on the phone I felt positive. Mike told me everything passed and also recommended some small future maintenance which I was happy to know. They checked all my RV fluids and even the air in the tires. It was like I imagined service stations did years ago. Thank you again Mike and company.

I had one of my company trucks into them for a complaint about suspension noise/vibration. I manage repairs a fleet of work trucks. I deal with shops and dealerships all up and down the East Coast and the South East. I have to rely on a certain amount of trust that the person at the shop is being honest to me. They called me and went over everything that was wrong with the suspension on my truck; it was apparent they went into great detail when diagnosing it. There was A LOT wrong. And it was all covered under manufacturer warranty. They told me this upfront, even though I already knew it. And then THEY DELIVERED THE TRUCK TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR ME. Without an extra charge! They charged me the diag fee and that was all. And they were fast, too! We have trucks operating in 49 states and we keep track of the good shops and the bad. Islandwide has my biggest gold star.

Mike and his staff are exceptional They have helped me with my personal vehicle as well as our fleet of 65 trucks .They are knowledgeable and fair with there prices as well as being courteous and professional.

Incredible work! I came in for a quote to replace my struts, and although they were a tad higher than other local shops, I decided to go with them because they were professional and a pleasure to work with. In the end they were able to get me a deal and I paid less than I expected. I was super happy about that, and the car runs so smoothly now! I would happily return and have future work done here

Everyone there was pleasure to deal with. Jeep got rear ended and they fixed everything as needed. Jeep runs great.

I was traveling from Maryland and realized I could use an oil change before heading home. I googles auto shops and Mikes came up. I called and was given an appointment the next day. Upon arriving there is the cutest kid area set up and my daughter was able to play. So nice to have this in a shop for car repairs. I must brag next about Tony the shop manager. He saw my daughter and asked if she could have a donut or some lemonade. How wonderful of him to care like this. Not only Tony but all the staff were so pleasant and smiling and genuinely kind. While my car was on the lift the staff looked over the vehicle. They knew I was traveling. They found I needed new front breaks and rotors. I was asked if I had time to wait in order for them to get the parts and make the car safe for my trip home. Then even though I know nothing about cars when they took the rotors off Joey came out and showed me them and explained why they were bad. Top notch!!!!! The professionalism and kindness that was displayed in this shop is beyond what is expected of an auto repair center. You are treated like family in this place. Kudos to Mike and his whole staff

I just picked up my 2017 Dodge Promaster from Islandwide Auto and Truck Repair. I had the NYS Inspection, oil change with my left head light bulb changed. I was told by 2 dealerships that I need front brakes. Islandwide assured me my brakes are fine & I have plenty of before im in danger. That is the HONESTLY of Islandwide Auto And Truck Repair. This place is amazing! Extremely quick service! I am a landscaper and my truck broke down. I had to get back to work as quickly as possibly. They were able to diagnose it the same day and found out that it was a bad fuel tank. They replaced it with a brand new one and cleaned all of the lines. The truck now runs great my old tried and true Ford 7.3l turbo diesel runs exactly how it should. Thanks to these guys at Islandwide Auto!!
